Dwarf Shrimp / Crays

Ever since I moved into my high rise apartment, the size of my tanks were greatly restricted. One of the building rules was that no large tanks allowed.... they didn't say anything about many small tanks however (Ten 10 gal tanks to be exact). 10 gal tanks pretty much limited what critters I could keep. So what's small, relatively undemanding and eats algae (which i seem to be really good at growing)?... Why shrimp and crays of course! Here's a list of little critters which i have worked with.
